This Wednesday is TINY ARMY night once again, June 4th, at 6:00 pm.
Theme: Resource Night
I don’t know about you, but for me, I love asking other artists where they got their book/cards/banner/posters printed, or how the got their belt buckles/patches/plates/shirts/etc produced.
Since we’re TINY ARMY, I figured that it might be a good time for us to share our resources among ourselves.
Bring links/info about your favorite:
- Business card printer
- Web host
- Book printer
- Book (Design, business, marketing, ect.)
- Belt buckle manufacturer
- T-shirt shop
- Art supply shop
- Screen printer
- Framer
- Etc…
Basically, any company that you’ve used that you’d refer to another member is what we’re talking about.
We’ll need a volunteer with mad typing skills, who can enter this into a document, so that we can share it amonst ourselves.
See you there!
- Daniel
When: Wednesday, June 4th, 2008
Where: Art Institute of Phoenix - Gallery Cafe
Pre-Meeting Mingle: 5:00-6:00 pm
Meeting: 6:00-8:00 pm

Hi everyone -
I just wanted to let you know that our own talented Ken Jacobsen was just featured on Drawn, the premier illustration blog!

A delicious Ken-burger
I think that you’d all agree, that Ken is super talented and deserves to have his work seen by more folks. At least for a few days, Ken should be getting some amazing traffic.
Congrats Ken!

Hello everyone, I was at the last meetup and am eagerly looking forward to the next one! I just wanted to post up here and say Hi. I will make sure I actually have art next time, I promise! You can add my online portfolio to the links page, it’s www.NearBeyond.com too. My main focus is 3D art, but I do illustration as well. This is my portfolio for getting a Game Job, so please forgive the 3D focus.
If anyone will be at the Saboten-Con over the weekend, I’ll be in Artist Ally so feel free to stop by and say Hi.
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend.
